About the Role:
We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused Steward (Waiter) for the Hotel at Bulgaria provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be attentive, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
- Present menus, explain items, and suggest specials when required
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth operations
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (distance/online mode) in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Must be punctual, reliable, and disciplined
