Location: 6th of October, Al Jizah, Egypt
Purpose of the Job:
Manage and develop wholesale customer relationships by ensuring excellent customer service, following up on customer requirements, supporting sales growth, and maintaining strong execution of company policies and commercial agreements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage Wholesale Customers and handling their day-to-day requirements, orders, and payments.
- Follow up on the customers’ targets, SKUs per customer, and volume achievement per month to ensure they achieve their targets.
- Ensure customers’ payments are accurate amount and on time to receive their orders at the branch.
- Gathering Master data updates and provide justifications for customer blocking, or reactivation, or new creation & to be Shared with WS Experts to proceed accordingly.
- Check Monthly KPI Reports and Point out any gaps that need attention.
- Continuously report competitors’ market activities and prices.
- Ensure targets and performance are communicated to customers in a timely manner.
- Implement any other tasks as requested by the manager.
- Implement company policies & Procedures.
- Presenting Weekly Region Performance with the WS Manager & Experts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales Support, Account Management, Wholesale Operations, or FMCG Sales. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus but not mandatory.
