📝 Your responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients on arrival
- Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
- Advising patients on services, pricing, and current offers
- Communicating with patients by phone and messaging apps
- Maintaining patient records and day-to-day documentation
- Coordinating front-desk operations and keeping the reception area in order
- Following confidentiality standards and internal clinic procedures
✅ What we're looking for
- 2+ years of front-desk / reception experience in healthcare (medical or dental clinic)
- Strong service mindset and attention to the patient experience
- Confident sales, phone, and appointment-handling skills
- A warm, tactful, and natural communication style
- The ability to hear what a patient needs and suggest the right solution
- Fluent English
- Confident MS Office user
- Clear communication, reliability, proactivity, and a team-player attitude
🌟 Nice to have
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Experience working with premium-segment clients
