Position Overview
A Front Desk Agent is sought to deliver exceptional guest service by managing front office operations, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, prepare room keys and guest documentation, and handle payments, deposits, and cash transactions.
The role includes responding to guest enquiries, monitoring emails, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities also involve managing room keys, processing documentation, supporting guest services, assisting with events and special occasions, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
The Front Desk Agent will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and the efficient day-to-day operation of the front office.
Requirements
Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills together with a professional and friendly approach.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or a customer-facing role will be considered an asset.
