Experience Required : 1+ years
Education Qualification: Graduate or MBA
Industry Preferred: Retail, Telecom , Hospitality , Aviation, Beauty & Personal Care, Automobile, Fitness & Wellness, FMCG, Gems & Jewelry, Textile & Apparel, Salon background.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle billing at the salon counter efficiently
- Manage and maintain petty cash records
- Welcome guests and guide them with suitable services and products
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Manage inventory and stock requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep
Requirements
- Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Graduate or above
- Efficient in handling cash and front desk operations
