Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Officer role based in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting Customers, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team members or departments. Daily responsibilities includes;

• Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and business partners professionally.

• Provide timely, professional customer service to Customers, partners, and service providers.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently.

• Coordinate regularly with customers, service professionals, and internal teams.

• Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.

• Assist in administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.

• Support office coordination and day-to-day operational activities.

• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high service standards.

• Support content creation activities, including social media posts, customer testimonials, and promotional content.

• Participate confidently in video content when required for marketing and branding purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception, administration, content creation, or related roles.

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.

• Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and positive attitude.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.

• Confidence in self-presentation and speaking in front of a camera.

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar tools) will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
