We're excited to announce an opportunity to become part of the opening team of our brand-new 70-room hotel in Sliema.
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused Front Office Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
As the face of our hotel, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions while ensuring every guest receives warm, efficient, and personalized service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and presentation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
