We are growing fast and looking for a strong Front Desk Customer Service Manager to lead our customer experience and front desk operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the front desk & customer service team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming premium atmosphere
- Drive package sales, memberships, and customer retention
- Handle customer inquiries through LINE, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone
- Manage bookings, schedules, and daily clinic operations smoothly
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Coach and motivate the CS team to hit sales and service KPIs
- Work closely with doctors, and management teams
- Ensure the clinic experience reflects YINYANG’s premium brand standards
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, energetic, and confident speaking with people
- Naturally sales-oriented and relationship-driven
- Strong in communication and customer psychology
- Passionate about wellness, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or luxury service
- Able to lead a team and perform under pressure
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable speaking English & Thai (Chinese is a bonus)
- Experienced in customer service, hospitality, wellness, clinic, gym, luxury retail, hotel, or sales environments
