Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Hotel Front Office Executive at The Embassy Valletta Hotel. Your day-to-day tasks will include welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and processes
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus

Applicants must be already residing in Malta, possess a valid work permit and must be willing to work on shift both during the day and/or night, according to roster.
