Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk inquiries, and ensuring a professional and friendly reception area. Daily tasks include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings, and maintaining accurate records and logs. The specialist will assist with basic clerical and administrative duties, support internal teams with front desk-related needs, and provide consistent, high-quality customer service to guests, clients, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong Receptionist Duties skills, including greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and handling front desk operations.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, relay messages, and interact clearly and professionally.
- Solid Customer Service abilities to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients.
- Reliable Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, organizing documents, and managing schedules and records.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and office equipment.
- Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
