Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Stockbridge, GA. The Front Office Specialist will manage day-to-day administrative functions such as greeting clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, this role includes maintaining organized records, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing outstanding customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Competence in Appointment Scheduling and managing client calendars to ensure seamless operations.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to address client needs and inquiries with a compassionate approach.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and support the office's daily functions efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting or behavioral health services is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications or training are desirable.
