The Opportunity
The Client Services Manager is responsible for strengthening our partnership with Uber, ensuring operational excellence, structured delivery, and proactive client engagement. The role blends client relationship management, frontline-led operational insight and PMO discipline to support a fast-moving, evolving business. The role also supports new business proposals, ramp-ups, RFPs and pricing models as our commercial footprint expands.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Partnership
Build a strong, trusted relationship with Uber’s operational and strategic stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day alignment, issue resolution, and forward planning
- Operational Insight
Surface frontline insights, identify improvement opportunities and translate operational realities into clear recommendations for the client
- PMO Support
Track actions, risks, timelines and dependencies across initiatives. Maintain clean governance artefacts and ensure change readiness across sites.
- New Business and RFP support
Contribute to new business proposals, RFP responses, and solutioning by providing operational inputs, risk assessments, and delivery feasibility
- Ramp-up coordination
Support ramp-ups by aligning sites, ensuring readiness, coordinating training and tracking early-stage performance.
- Pricing support
Partner with commercial teams to provide operational data, assumptions and scenario inputs for pricing models and commercial proposals
- Client feedback loop
Capture, interpret, and action client feedback, ensure insights flow back to sites and support continuous improvement
The Qualifications
- Client relationship skills
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly and manage senior stakeholders
- Operational Background
Experience in customer support operations with exposure to frontline environments
- PMO Discipline
Comfortable with structure, tracking actions, managing risks, maintaining timelines, and supporting governance
- Commercial Awareness
Familiarity with pricing inputs, ramp-up planning and contributing to RFPs or new business proposals.
- Adaptability
Thrives in a fluid, evolving environment, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
