In this role at Grainger, the Onsite Service Specialist will work closely with the Keep Stock team to support inventory projects and improve customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute machine break/fix operations on-site
• Plan and implement customer inventory initiatives
• Collect and verify inventory data for implementation
• Provide support during PTO for field staff
• Address issues escalated from On Site Service Representatives
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• 3 years’ experience in relevant service sectors
• Strong ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
