A leading and well-established healthcare group in the UAE is currently seeking Guest Ambassadors to join its patient experience team.
This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors upon arrivals.
- Guide patients to the appropriate outpatient clinics, departments, and service areas.
- Provide information and directions within the hospital premises.
- Support patients throughout their outpatient journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Assist elderly patients and individuals requiring additional support.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives and service excellence programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, concierge, or patient relations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Salary: AED 4,000 per month
