Guest Experience Specialist (Luxury Boutique Estate) Jobs in Blenheim, Marlborough, New Zealand at The Marlborough & Harvest Restaurant

Title: Guest Experience Specialist (Luxury Boutique Estate)

Company: The Marlborough & Harvest Restaurant

Location: Blenheim, Marlborough, New Zealand

Guest Experience Specialist (Luxury Boutique Estate)

The Marlborough Boutique Hotel & Vineyard

Rapaura Road, Marlborough New Zealand

Hospitality & Tourism

Full Time – Minimum 40 hours per week

$60,000 – $68,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our luxury boutique estate, delivering a highly personalised and seamless guest journey.

This is a hands-on, all-rounder position where no two days are the same. The role requires someone who can confidently move between departments—supporting front office, food & beverage service, housekeeping coordination, and guest hosting—while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The Marlborough Boutique Hotel & Vineyard operates as a small, high-end luxury property with only 10 rooms, requiring team members to be highly adaptable and capable of delivering service across multiple functions. This differs significantly from standard hotel roles in larger properties, where responsibilities are typically departmentalised.

As such, this role requires a high level of competency across guest services, operations, and service delivery from the outset, rather than being trained into the role at an entry level.

This role requires prior experience in luxury or boutique hospitality environments, which is a specialised skill set.

This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week).

·       Communicates professionally and confidently with guests and team members
