Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Komodo for a Guest Relation Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, addressing inquiries, welcoming guests, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Duties include managing guest interactions, resolving client concerns, coordinating with other departments, and handling receptionist tasks to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and handling reservations
- Attentive to detail with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar role preferred
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is advantageous
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment
