Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and regular guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Promote the casino's loyalty programs, promotions, and events.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi & Chinese will be an added advantage).
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good computer literacy.
