Job Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
Full time, Seasonal positions available.
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
– Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
– Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
– Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
– Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
– Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
– Available for 4-5 shifts per week. Either 8a-4p or 4p-midnight. 32-40 hours per week .
– Training starts week of May 8th.
– Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or F&B preferred)
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Proficiency in using computers, software and phone systems
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
– Knowledge of hotel or office front desk operations and procedures
