A prestigious luxury hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos is seeking exceptional Guest Services Officer to join its Front Office team. We are looking for a polished, intelligent, and service-oriented professional with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Guest Services, Front Office, or Customer Relations role within a reputable hotel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance, poise, and confidence.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and complaint-resolution abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an added advantage.

HND/B.Sc. degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must possess a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized and seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Attend promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns while ensuring complete satisfaction.

Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions.

Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure service excellence.

Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Promote hotel facilities, services, and experiences to guests.

Maintain accurate guest records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism and excellence.

Compensation

Gross Salary: ₦180,000 per month
