In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions and property program support. Successful candidates demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and effective communication skills. Your duties will include assisting customers with inquiries, managing lost and found items, and facilitating user-friendly guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and tenants
• Facilitate the administration of the gift card program
• Oversee lost and found program management
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors
• Answer and manage customer communications via calls and emails
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures is beneficial
