Job Scope:
Lead the Eye Centre in delivering excellence across operations, service quality, financial performance, and clinical outcomes, while ensuring efficient, high-quality optometry services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Operations & Financial Management: Oversee the overall management of the Eye Centre to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Lead budget planning and financial management, drive revenue optimization, establish strategic business partnerships, allocate resources effectively, and develop team capabilities to support organizational goals.
- Customer Experience: Design and implement patient-focused initiatives to deliver a seamless and positive patient journey. Continuously enhance service quality through feedback, insights, and industry best practices, while managing patient care services to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Clinical Quality & Standards: Uphold the highest standards of eye care by driving continuous improvement and developing new services. Ensure clinical facilities are equipped with advanced, modern equipment and the latest technology to support patient safety and deliver optimal clinical outcomes.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry or any Healthcare-related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in an eye centre or healthcare environment, with involvement in operational management and patient experience.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to drive commercial growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to translate complex clinical or technical concepts into practical operational applications.
- Proven leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
