Provide first-line technical and customer support for machinery, automotive, generators, air compressors, and other industrial equipment. Handle customer inquiries, coordinate service activities, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maximize customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer service requests and technical inquiries.
- Register, prioritize, and follow up on service tickets.
- Coordinate field service engineers, workshop activities, and spare parts.
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance services.
- Monitor warranty claims and service completion.
- Maintain accurate service records in the ERP/CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Prepare basic service reports and maintain equipment history.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support for industrial equipment, machinery, automotive, generators, or air compressors.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
