Job Summary

. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic devices and systems.
  • Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on electronic equipment.
  • Install and configure new electronic devices as required.
  • Conduct testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
  • Accurately document all service, maintenance, and repair activities in the system.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to resolve technical issues.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advancements in electronics

Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electronics maintenance and technical support.
  • Experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred.
