Job description:
Supervise hospitality staff (servers, baristas, cleaners, valet, Arabic coffee servers) to ensure service excellence, grooming standards, and punctuality
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of complaints
• Oversee cleanliness, product freshness, and overall presentation of guest areas
• Coordinate with vendors (coffee, flowers, diffusers, etc.) to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Track and report key KPIs to maintain operational standards.
Previous Hospitality Supervisor experience is a must.
