At EFSIM, we are looking for an energetic and experienced Hospitality Trainer to drive service excellence, capability building, and customer experience standards across our frontline workforce in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in developing service-oriented teams, elevating guest interactions, and embedding world-class hospitality standards across our facilities management operations.
Role Overview
The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for developing a highly skilled, customer-focused frontline workforce by delivering practical, hands-on training across hospitality, concierge, guest services, front-of-house, and customer-facing operations. This role requires a passionate hospitality professional who can translate service standards into engaging learning experiences, drive behavioral excellence, and instill a culture of exceptional service across diverse operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging classroom, on-site, and practical training programs for frontline soft services employees
- Conduct induction, refresher, compliance, and skill enhancement programs across housekeeping, janitorial, and support services operations
- Deliver training on cleaning methodologies, chemical handling, equipment usage, infection control, hygiene standards, and service excellence
- Assess training needs in collaboration with operational leaders and site management teams
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, observations, and practical demonstrations
- Ensure training content aligns with operational SOPs, client requirements, and industry best practices
- Drive adoption of service quality standards, productivity improvements, and compliance across sites
- Maintain training records, certification trackers, attendance reports, and competency matrices
- Coach supervisors and site teams to reinforce operational standards and continuous improvement
- Support audits, mobilization projects, and operational readiness through targeted capability-building initiative
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in training, operations, or learning & development within hospitality, hotels, premium customer service, or facilities management environments
- Proven experience delivering training to large frontline and multicultural workforce populations
- Strong expertise in hospitality operations, guest services, customer experience, etiquette, and service recovery
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Passion for developing people and creating memorable service experiences
- Experience creating training materials, service standards manuals, assessments, and SOP-based learning content
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium residential, aviation hospitality, healthcare hospitality, or GCC facilities management operations is highly preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Customer Service Management, or any graduate degree from a recognized institution
- Professional certifications in hospitality training, customer experience, service excellence, or coaching will be an added advantage
