We are looking for a welcoming and organized Restaurant Host to join our team! As the first face our guests see, you will set the tone for a fun, vibrant, and seamless casual dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests: Greet every visitor with genuine warmth and high energy.
- Manage the Flow: Keep track of open tables and seat guests efficiently.
- Track the Waitlist: Provide accurate wait times and manage walk-ins smoothly.
- Answer Inquiries: Handle phone calls, take reservations, and answer menu questions.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized front host station and entrance area.
- Support the Team: Help clear tables or check in on guests during peak rush hours.
Qualification:
- A positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Ability to stand and move quickly for long periods.
- Flexibility to work peak shifts, including weekends and holidays.
