Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating temporary and long-term housing solutions, managing client requests, and ensuring a seamless housing experience from placement through move-out. If you have experience in housing coordination, relocation services, property management, or customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate housing placements based on client needs, budget, and location requirements.
  • Source and secure suitable housing options through property owners, landlords, and housing providers.
  • Manage reservations, lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, extensions, and renewals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the housing process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and housing partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure a smooth housing experience.
  • Resolve housing-related issues, maintenance requests, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, leases, client information, and documentation.
  • Monitor housing availability, occupancy, pricing, and lease expirations.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and housing requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing coordination, relocation services, property management, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple housing requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate housing, temporary housing, relocation services, or property management.
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, housing compliance, and occupancy management.
  • Experience using property management systems or housing management software.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or housing providers.
  • Background in real estate operations or customer support.
