Location: Fully Remote, Philippines
Rate: $4 – $7 per hour based on skills and relevant experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday from 8AM – 5PM Eastern Time with flexibility to do Sunday coverage

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day office support. This role serves as an important point of contact for both candidates and employees while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Previous experience in administrative support, Human Resources, recruiting, office administration, or a related role.
- Experience posting and managing job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar job boards.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Comfortable learning new HR systems, recruiting platforms, and internal tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Preferences
- Experience supporting US HR or recruitment functions.
- Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or employee record management systems.
- Previous payroll experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience supporting remote teams or distributed workforces.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing employment documents, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience.
- Post, update, and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and providing timely communication.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with HR-related communications, employment verifications, and other employee requests as needed.
- Support payroll-related administrative tasks when required. Previous payroll experience is a plus but not required.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve administrative processes and ensure efficient HR operations.

- Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
