Position overview:
You will drive success by generating sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound lead development. You will be making roughly 100 plus calls daily to current customers to build and maintain relationships and recurring orders.
The primary focus of this role is to identify the most valuable lead sources and build strong opportunities with the sales team. The role will work closely with the field sales team, senior management and Marketing to achieve aggressive growth targets. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of CRM programs and word systems including excel.
You will be tasked to find and input leads through our sales pipeline. Lead generation is the primary focus to identify the best lead sources, explore new markets, and grow the business.
What You’ll Do…
- Engage customers via social media and email campaigns, cold calling, cross-selling & up-selling to existing customers
- Create the early sales cycle for opportunities
- Work with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns and messaging to build brand awareness
- Build understanding and trusted relationships with prospective customers to identify the appropriate services and create great experiences
- Coordinate closely with Management and track activities and opportunities
What you will Bring…
- Highschool Diploma required
- The ability to sale and find opportunities is required, not a degree!
- 2-5 years of professional inside sales or sales development experience in a fast-paced environment, high growth environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
- Executes with an attention to detail, good time management, organizational and decision-making skills
- Analytical and metrics-driven
- Strong computer skills with all Office applications and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho
- Experience with Sales Navigator lead generation a plus
