Position: Instructor, Indigenous Language Fluency (ILF 111 – Pathways to Reconciliation and Social Action)

Post Office Specialist – London Drugs

The Post Office Specialist position provides sales assistance and the highest level of customer service in all departments of London Drugs, with a specific focus on the Post Office department. The individual in this position will be able to problem solve and find solutions to customer mailing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while providing quality customer service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Perform inventory counts, merchandise, and maintain the professional sales image of the Post Office department.
  • Assist customers in all areas of the Post Office, including mailing letters and parcels, providing assistance with PO boxes, and facilitating Venture One and other CPC transactions.
  • Use a computer system (Basic PC knowledge) to process customer transactions.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal, motivational, and follow‑up skills and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Cooperate with other departments to support Company initiatives and achieve Company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑service or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Flexible schedule availability from Monday to Sunday.
  • Prior post‑office experience and familiarity with the ROSS (Canada Post POS system) considered an asset.
