y:The **Intake Specialist** plays a vital role in the client service process by managing initial contact with potential clients. This position is responsible for providing accurate information, guiding clients through the intake process, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. ies:• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and web f
orms• Conduct conflict checks for compli
ance• Answer and manage incoming calls, voicemails, and follow-ups profession
ally• Update and maintain client records in the CRM system accura
tely• Handle fee agreements and credit card authorizations, processing retainer paym
ents• Schedule meetings and initial consultations with attor
neys• Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and encourage engage
ment• Track and log all follow-up activities in the
CRM• Identify and escalate high priority leads to attorneys or senior intake s
taff• Participate in weekly intake meetings and support continuous improve
ment• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams to enhance client experi

ce4. Require
ments:• Two to five years of experience in sales, customer service, or related
fields• Experience in legal intake or client service is pre
ferred• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a productive home wor
kspace• Proficiency with Apple products and CRM s
ystems• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher with strong attention to
detail• Effective and empathetic communication skills, especially in stressful situ
ations• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced envir
onment• Client-focused mindset with dedication to exceptional s
ervice• Ability to collaborate within a professional remote work c

ure5. Pay Range and Compensation
Package:• $20 to $24 per hour, adjusted based on experience, location, pay equity, and other
