DirectMeds is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Intake Team Agents to support our growing telesales and patient engagement operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting current patients and assisting them in completing their intake forms through our online patient portal. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously.

Intake Team Agents Responsibilities
- Proactively call and message current patients to assist with intake form completion
- Guide patients step-by-step through the patient portal
- Upload and manage required documents within the system
- Accurately log all interactions in CRM and internal systems
- Navigate dialer systems (e.g., Five9) to manage outbound communication
- Maintain daily and weekly intake completion quotas
- Ensure all required documentation and notes are completed for each intake
- Collaborate with team leads and internal teams as needed
Skills Required
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM, dialer, patient portals)
- Basic technical proficiency (uploading documents, managing systems)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to meet performance and productivity targets
Technical Requirements
- Reliable computer (desktop or laptop)
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- USB or Bluetooth headset with microphone suitable for call handling
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or call center environments
- Experience using CRM systems and dialers (Five9, Zoho, etc.)
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
