Job Description
- Order Monitoring & Processing: Monitor, receive, and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) from Modern Trade customers to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
- Order Fulfillment Coordination (Fill Rate): Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Control teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment according to the quantity and assortment specified in customer orders.
- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery Management: Ensure timely and complete product deliveries to Distribution Centers (DCs) or retail outlets while meeting OTIF performance standards.
- Complaint, Return & Rejection Handling: Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including product rejections, returns, and non-acceptance due to Near Expiry Date (NED) or other operational concerns.
- Service Level Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Calculate, analyze, and report Service Level performance on a regular basis. Identify root causes of KPI gaps (e.g., stock shortages, transportation delays, or operational constraints) and recommend corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with internal Key Account Management teams as well as buyers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders from Modern Trade customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics Coordination, or Supply Chain, preferably handling Modern Trade/Modern Market operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas, to manage order data and calculate Service Level performance.
- Good understanding of Modern Trade operations and compliance, including delivery slot booking systems, product shelf-life requirements (minimum 2/3 remaining shelf life), and related documentation such as Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery notes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational issues, such as delivery delays, logistics constraints, or other supply chain challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external business partners.
