Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for complying with the policies, rules, and procedures established in the company's manuals and with the corresponding regulations.
- Maintain proficiency and a competent level of training to perform assigned functions and duties.
- Provide quality service to passengers by ensuring their safety.
- Inform passengers about emergency procedures.
- Follow the instructions of the Flight Lead Crew Member and the Captain.
- Act as a host during boarding and disembarkation.
- Represent the brand by promoting and sharing it at events if required.
- Attend scheduled ground assignments such as team meetings, feedback sessions, revalidations, etc.

Requirements
- Completed high school diploma.
- Proficiency in English.
- Cabin Crew License issued by ANAC.
- Aeronautical Medical Certificate (valid for at least 6 more months).
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in customer service.
