What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Educate Medicare members on plan benefits and resolve issues based on incoming telephone contacts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must live and work in MST or PST time zone
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills or equivalent military experience
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy and compassion in customer interactions
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and apply patience in service delivery

- Experience in customer service within a healthcare environment
