What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must live and work in MST or PST time zone
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills or equivalent military experience
  • Demonstrated ability to show empathy and compassion in customer interactions
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and apply patience in service delivery

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in customer service within a healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
