Job Description

  • Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for circuit design for WAN telecom product and day-to-day customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design WAN circuit
  • Knowledge on Router, Switches, VLAN, WAN, LAN
  • Maintain daily activities and routines.
  • Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.
  • Should have knowledge on IP Basics , CCNA , Networking to understand circuit proposal provided by access design team.
