Job Description / Responsibility
- Communicate with buyers and respond to their inquiries via email, phone, or meetings.
- Receive and process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and store teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare delivery schedules and follow up to meet on-time delivery.
- Maintain order tracking, delivery status, and customer feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer database and documentation properly.
- Support internal departments with customer-related updates or requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Buyer Handling
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 year(s)
