Job Description / Responsibility
- Communicate with customers and manage order receiving & delivery process
- Handle customer complaints & feedback in a professional manner
- Update and maintain customer data & order information in ERP Software
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely dispatch
- Monitor product stock and update availability regularly
- Prepare daily order reports and submit to management
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation
- Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Educational Requirements
- Higher Secondary
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
H.S.C/Degree/Honors
- Skills Required: Customer Care, Customer Service
