Otithee.com, a fast-growing travel-tech platform in Bangladesh, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Jr. Executive/ Executive – Customer Service. The role involves managing customer interactions across phone, email and social media channels, ensuring smooth booking processes, and providing prompt support and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat and social media.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Otithee.com’s services, offers, and bookings.
  • Handle booking requests, changes, cancellations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with partner hotels, resorts, and internal departments to ensure service delivery.
  • Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or internal databases.
  • Assist customers in resolving payment, booking, or service-related concerns.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Support call center agents or field teams as needed for high-priority cases.
  • Maintain performance KPIs, including response time, satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution.

Technical Skills:

  • Good command over Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
  • Ability to handle web-based booking systems and e-payment queries.
  • Typing speed and accuracy (both Bangla and English).
  • Knowledge of online communication tools (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and team collaboration.
  • Good time management and accountability.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is an urgent requirement so selected candidates have to join immediately
  • Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and late nights.
