About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organized Junior Account Manager to join our growing team at KNOT Technologies. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to ensure they have a seamless experience using our platform, from onboarding and event setup to ongoing support and relationship management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support while building strong relationships with some of the region's leading event organizers and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Support clients throughout the lifecycle of their events, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled accurately and on time.
- Assist with event onboarding, platform setup, ticketing configurations, and launches.
- Monitor client accounts, proactively identify issues, and help resolve them quickly.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner across multiple communication channels.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to help improve our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience (internships are a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or part-time experience in account management, customer success, sales, marketing, events, hospitality, or customer service.
- Experience organizing university events, leading student clubs, volunteering, or managing extracurricular activities.
