Job Description:
– Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries, place orders on behalf of customers in our system and provide delivery information
– Handle and resolve customer complaints
– Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
– Perform customer verification
– Process orders, requests and deliver report in timely manner
– Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
– Manage customers' accounts
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
– Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
– Record details of actions taken
– Prepare and distribute monthly usage reports to customers
– Maintain customer databases
– Communicate and coordinate well with internal departments
– Follow up on customer interactions
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
