Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution
• Manage customer service inquiries and appointments
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation
• Record communications with customers and insurers
• Actively apply new learning for operational excellence
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• At least 1 year in customer service, preferably automotive
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Valid driver’s license required
