We are looking for a Last Mile Dispatcher to manage daily deliveries, coordinate drivers, track orders and returns, and ensure smooth last-mile operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate B2B, B2C, and customer deliveries
• Assign delivery batches and routes to drivers
• Track deliveries and update order statuses
• Handle and document returned items
• Monitor driver attendance and daily performance
• Maintain accurate delivery and dispatch records
• Prepare daily reports and updates
Requirements:
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or delivery coordination
• Good understanding of last-mile delivery operations
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and POS systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
