Join LCBO’s team as a customer service associate focused on providing exceptional service in retail stores, primarily during weekends. You’ll be key in handling cash transactions and contributing to a clean shopping environment.
This on-site role prioritizes customer interaction, guiding shoppers with product information and cash register operations. You will also support store sustainability initiatives by participating in donation requests and customer surveys. Ensuring that the store is organized and welcoming will be among your main responsibilities, along with managing new product shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with product queries
• Handle cash transactions with care and accuracy
• Participate in fundraising for partner charities
• Receive shipments and maintain product organization
• Keep the store environment clean and safe
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Minimum 18 years of age required
• Comfortable engaging with both customers and coworkers
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
• Agreement to complete a Criminal Background Check
