We're Hiring | Lead Management Executive – Dubai, UAE
At Christie's International Real Estate Dubai, we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Lead Management Executive to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
✔ Manage all inbound and outbound client enquiries
✔ Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales brokers
✔ Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity
✔ Monitor lead follow-up and broker compliance
✔ Prepare performance reports and support operational improvements
✔ Help ensure every client enquiry receives a professional and timely response
We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in Lead Management, Customer Service, CRM Administration, Sales Support, or Call Centre Operations
✅ Experience using CRM systems (Real Estate CRM experience is an advantage)
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask, analyse data, and work independently in a dynamic environment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
