About the Role
Seeking a Lead Teller to provide excellent client service while supporting daily branch operations. This role includes teller transactions, account openings, and assisting with team support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions and open new accounts
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (including CIP)
- Support team operations and assist leadership as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of banking experience with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Pay: $28.50 – $40.00 per hour
