Position: Leasing Agent Role
Realstar seeks a dedicated Leasing Agent to showcase apartments in Toronto. This part-time position centers on driving leasing efforts while delivering outstanding customer service to potential residents.
Become a vital member of Realstar, one of Canada’s top property management firms that supports a diverse community of residents. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and completing lease agreements. This role includes approximately 24-36 hours per week, with shifts every other weekend, and offers valuable ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Show apartments to interested prospects
• Answer calls and provide leasing information
• Process applications and verify candidate background
• Compile and update rental unit listings
• Coordinate and market resident events
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Previous experience in leasing or sales an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Competency in MS Office products
• Initiative and a creative mindset are essential
