Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leisure Travel Consultant role based in Heliopolis. The Leisure Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking leisure trips, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. Responsibilities include understanding client preferences, preparing itineraries, providing travel advice, and offering destination recommendations. The role involves managing reservations, processing payments, handling changes or cancellations, and coordinating with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental partners. The consultant will also respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate client records, and support sales and cross-selling of travel services and packages.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel, with the ability to design and recommend suitable itineraries and packages.
  • Experience in Travel Management and coordination of end-to-end travel services, including flights, hotels, and tours.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to handle inquiries and issue resolution professionally.
  • Knowledge of Car Rental options and procedures, and the ability to integrate transportation solutions into travel plans.
  • Familiarity with booking systems or travel reservation tools, and good general computer literacy (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role is preferred; a relevant tourism, hospitality, or business-related education is a plus.
