Position: Librestream Senior Customer Success Role
Step into a pivotal remote role at Librestream, enhancing customer satisfaction through exemplary operational leadership and project management skills. Be central to the success of customer onboarding and service expansions.

As a Customer Operations Lead, you’ll leverage 5–8 years of B2B SaaS experience to lead the customer journey from onboarding through to project delivery. Your focus on process improvement and customer enablement will help ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction. This position requires a meticulous planner who excels in coordinating multi-departmental efforts to deliver on promises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of customer projects

• Define and manage detailed project plans

• Act as the communication hub for project statuses

• Establish and refine customer processes continually

• Drive the customer onboarding experience and training

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in B2B SaaS operational roles

• Strong project management capabilities

• Experience in onboarding and customer enablement

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience
