Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via inbound calls & video calls
- Handle customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and a service-oriented minds
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues
- Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the syst
